Said platform is owned by the company NEPHILIM PRODUCCIONES, S.L., whose Tax ID number is B-83252627 and whose address is Madrid (28027), Calle Agastia, 36, bajo exterior, 28027 Madrid registered in the Business Register of Madrid in Volume 17.509 Page M-300750, Sheet 10, Section 8, Register 1, (hereinafter NEPHILIM PRODUCCIONES).
The NEPHILIM PRODUCCIONES website allows Users to obtain information on the activities developed by NEPHILIM PRODUCCIONES in terms of cinema, advertising and television audiovisual production.
2.- Accepting Terms of Use.

CONTENT LINE shall be able to grant the rights and obligations under this contract to third parties provided prior notice is given to the Users.
4. Applicable Law and Jurisdiction.
All the Terms appearing on the Website are governed by Spanish law. All disputes, controversies or circumstances arising from the Terms of Use of the FEELMAKERS platform shall be subject to the Courts and Tribunals of the City of Madrid, Spain, and the parties expressly waive their immunity.
